Madhya Pradesh High Court has issued a notice to accused Giribala Singh, a retired judge and mother-in-law in Twisha Sharma death case. The notice was issued in response to a petition filed by the state government and Twisha’s father, Navnidhi Sharma, challenging Giribala Singh’s anticipatory bail granted by the trial court.
"The entire system is pitted against us. Attempt being made to cover up," say the parents of Twisha Sharma, who died at her in-laws’ home in Bhopal.

Meanwhile, the Bhopal District Court has postponed the hearing in the case involving retired Judge Giribala Singh until Tuesday. The hearing was postponed due to the non-receipt of a police report. The court has directed the police to submit the report by tomorrow.
While talking to Media, Twisha’s father stated “The court issued a notice to retired judge Giribala Singh, asking her to submit a response within two days. The next hearing has been scheduled for May 27.”
Now CBI will investigate this case. The team has already reached Bhopal.
