When Prime Video announced its upcoming season last month, it included the title of “Panchayat” Season 5. The fifth season of “Panchayat” will be released in 2026. While viewers are still eagerly awaiting a confirmed release date, it is certain that the series will premiere this year.

The makers also announced in April that filming for season 5 had begun. They wrote on social media, “After spending six years in Phulera, I still don’t feel like leaving. The new season of Panchayat is now being shot.”
According to makers, this time the story will be more interesting. Viewers will get the answers of remained questions. The most interesting part is that there could be so many twists in this season.
According to reports, this season, Sachiv Ji Abhishek Tripathi (Jitendra Kumar) will face a difficult time in Phulera. While he’s focused on his MBA dreams and future career plans, the village’s unfinished struggles, political issues, and emotional feelings keep pulling him back.
Same case with more energy
The fifth season will feature the same main cast as the previous four. Jitendra Kumar will once again play Abhishek Tripathi. Neena Gupta, Raghubir Yadav, Sanvika, Faisal Malik, and Chandan Roy will also return to their favorite roles in the new season. The series is written by Chandan Kumar and directed by Deepak Kumar Mishra. Like the other four seasons, the fifth season will also stream exclusively on Prime Video.
